The Bluebell restaurant was opened ten years ago to great acclaim and is housed within a lovingly restored five hundred year old building which has been elegantly decorated to enhance your dining experience.

The restaurant is family run by Tony Cormano and his sister Daniela who are both passionate about creating good food, delivering first class service and striving for excellence. Their mission is to make sure that every diner has a memorable experience. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Gavin Maguire.

Gavin has worked at several one and two Michelin star and two Rosette establishments within the country.

We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and best ingredients whether they are sourced direct from farms across the country or through top distributors. Regardless our menu sacrifices nothing for quality and we insist on using the best food.
